Translate business requirements from internal teams and clients into clearly defined KPIs, metrics and visualizations
Build and maintain semantic and analytical data models on top of the data warehouse
Write and optimize SQL queries, views and calculated measures for reporting use cases
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and performance of reports and dashboards
Collaborate with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality
Monitor report usage and performance, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting
Prepare and maintain documentation of KPI definitions, metric logic and reporting processes
Develop a strong understanding of our product in order to effectively test and contribute to its development from a business intelligence perspective

Ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
Ability to work both proactively and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a client-facing role, communicating with clients to understand their needs, requirements
REQUIRED
SKILLS
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (e.g. Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts (e.g. star schema, fact and dimension tables)
Advantage
Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or similar
Previous exposure to financial data, ERP systems or real estate data
Experience with AI technologies and their practical application in data analytics and BI
RELEVANT
EXPERIENCE
2 - 3 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related, economics or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
